每週針對二個臨床病例進行報告及討論，配合上最新相關文獻研討 |

課程目標 |
In each week 2 cases will be presented and discussed in details. It will be emphasized on:
(8458) The lesion localization
(8458) The functional neuroanatomy related to the lesion localization
(8458) Differential diagnosis
(8458) Imaging interpretation: include radiographs, ultrasonography, myelography, CT or MRI. The imaging interpretation will focus on:
- Recognize the relevant neuroanatomic structure
- Describe the abnormal findings
- Differential diagnosis based on the imaging findings
(8458) Interpretation of CSF results and differential diagnosis
(8458) Treatment and management
(8458) Update of new findings on the literature
Case materials will depend on the clinical cases seen by the neurology service in NTHVH, but the following diseases are likely to be discussed.
(8458) Inflammatory CNS diseases (granulomatous meningoencephalomyelitis, necrotizing meningoencephalitis, canine distemper virus induced encephalomyelitits, feline corona virus induced encephalomyelitis)
(8458) Degenerative intervertebral disc disease
(8458) Head trauma and spinal trauma
(8458) Cerebral vascular disease and ischemic myelopathy
(8458) CNS neoplasia
(8458) Congenital anomalies
